You may request balances for Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, Loan Accounts, transfer funds between Checking and Savings Accounts, and make Loan Payments. Direct Deposit

Direct deposit delivers your payroll, Social Security, etc. directly into your bank account quickly and safely. Your employer or the US Treasury sends an electronic message to First National Bank of Gilbert, crediting your account with the exact amount of your deposit. You can withdraw money, put some in savings or pay bills-the things you do with your money now. The difference is, your check isn't printed or mailed.

Overdraft Protection

Our overdraft protection is termed a Ready Reserve Account. Ready Reserve means that we’ve approved, in advance, a personal loan to balance your account if you should overdraw. It’s designed to end checking account overdraft complications, charges, and embarrassing delays.

Use your good credit to qualify for our plan, and your checking account will become a personal loan account. You may write your own loan any time you need extra money for pleasure or an emergency. Notary Public

A Notary Public is a public servant appointed by state government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.  Documents are notarized to deter fraud and to ensure they are properly executed. An impartial witness (the Notary) identifies signers to screen out impostors and to make sure they have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.  Generally, the Notary will ask to see a current identification document or card with a photograph, physical description, and signature. A driver’s license, military ID, or passport will usually be acceptable.

First National Bank of Gilbert performs this service to our customers at no charge and a $5 fee for non-customers per item. [Back to top]

Wire Transfers

First National Bank of Gilbert is able to receive or originate wire transfers for our customers that have either a deposit or loan account with our bank. Non-customers are eligible to use this service with proper identification and approval. We would request that non-customers use cashier's checks or cash when originating a wire transfer.

Fees:

Incoming Domestic $15.00 per item

Outgoing Domestic:  $15.00 per item

Foreign:  $30.00 per item

Night Deposit

Our 24-hour depository is located at the front of the building. Simply put your transaction into an envelope, fill in the information, and place in the letter drop. Individuals or businesses with deposits that physically will not fit into the letter drop slot may obtain a key to use the larger night depository chute. Safe Deposit Box

A safe deposit box is a secure location for important legal documents such as wills, mortgages, certificates, titles, etc. It can also be used for other personal items such as jewelry, keepsakes, rare coins, or any items you wish to safeguard. First National Bank of Gilbert offers two sizes to fit your personal needs. Boxes are rented for a one-year duration and the cost is based on the size of the box you choose.
