It has recently been brought to our attention that there has been a fraudulent text message being sent to our customers stating that their debit card has been temporarily *DEACTIVATED*, requesting them to call a number to active it. This text message is not legitimate. Our Shazam Fraud Team does not contact our customers via text message. If any debit card activity is deemed suspicious, they will contact you by telephone. If you have called the phone number provided in the text message, please call us immediately at 218-741-7844. As a reminder, never provide personal account information to anyone contacting you by telephone, e-mail, or through a text message. Carefully examine all statements to verify and confirm the charges listed. If anything looks suspicious, promptly report the incident to us.
